Glenn Beck spanked US Airways hard for an hour on his nationally sindicated radio talk show this morning. The following "Hate Mail" was found floating around the internet:
" Glenn You Sick Freak,
You spent an hour bashing US Airways today, because you got caught up in the debacle over Christmas weekend. Your tirade was nothing more than using your bully pulpit to #### about losing your luggage. This unfortunate incident was caused by a very small percentage of the thousands of proud professionals at US Airways. You are clueless as to the details that created the problems. Your venting on national radio was irresponsible and a detriment to the employees who are desperately trying to save this company. Most of us have a large stake in the future of US Airways and we are disgusted with the few that have disrupted the holidays of our customers and the employees who worked many long hours trying to rectify the very problems you encountered. Our service is equal to or exceeds that of our competition. We are an industry in an economic flux and many people have lost their jobs already, and the rest of us have made significant sacrifices in order to keep our lives and our families together. My co-workers and I have not let our company's dilemma interfere with the pride we have in our profession. You sir are completely out of line and owe the thousands of US Airways professionals an apology for your reckless rantings this morning. You have always been fair and balanced. Today you sounded more like the bleeding heart liberals you taunt. I have been a faithful listener since your first days at WFLA in Tampa. Until you recant the venom you spewed, you have lost a valuable supporter.
