I know that some if not most of you dont like US Airways nor the mgt BUT for once let talk about the good things to come. What are you ideas of the good things to come out of this merger? I hope you all have a good day🙂

Ill try,
1) loss of "cactus "call sign, yea!
2) loss of "usair (ways) whatever, on my paycheck, uniform etc.
3) wakin up from his 25 or so year nightmare and bein employed by a real airline.
4) someday being based in a city worth livin in, ala, LA, or Miami....
5) bringing seriouse competition to United, Delta, Southwest...
6) pretty much ending the option of some fly-by nite outfit from ever startin up and offering below cost fares....
7) gettin paid like a real airline employee again, chargin pax a reasonable fare for travel, not havin to give away our product anymore.
* thats all that comes to mind at the moment, but its a start....

Going to the Usapian going out of business sale, buying that box so proudly displayed. Stuffing it with that DOH list and floating it down the Delaware River.

Being an airline pilot again after more than 7 years as an airways pilot.
