I'm getting ready to purchase a Guest Pass for a friend. As of now, there are seats open for the date we are looking at and to the destination. If I purchase this ticket and need to make a change to the (1) date, and/or (2)Can I do it on the Hub, at the airports or do I have to go through the Pass Bureau? I don't think rerouting is allowed, either, is that correct?

As long as the original record is made thru theHub you can change at the ATO and theHub, but there was some kind of problems mentioned here about doing it online a week or so ago. As far as rerouting, it depends on what the ticket is issued for. If its the same zone and you are redoing the entire ticket from the start, you should be able to change it and just pay the add collect if any. Otherwise, you can have it credited back to your bank and issue a new one.
To make a change to the next day - say if they can't get on a flight - I was told you have to do it on The Hub. Re-routes can be done at the gate, if they can't get on a flight and have to connect through a different city, as long as the destination stays the same there probably won't be a problem.

Before I left Piedmont, they still hadn't deducted any of my buddy passes, and my ID # was in the tour code field AND in the endorsement box (sorry, long ass ticketing entry but I like to cover my butt).
