AA would have to pay you competetive wages, you'd probably make the industry average, but you also wouldn't have to pay dues. If AA really got unreasonable, you could just threaten to unionize or even unionize and they would probably back down. Sure you're work rules would be more tougher, but even those would probably migrate to somesort of industry standard. If you can't strike and the union does want to fight the company, what good is it?

I haven't seen any of them yet! The AMA[American Medical Association] probabaly comes as close as any to this type of representation.
