High Labor Cost?

 Dave wants everyone to belive that our labor costs are to high. [Does anyone remember parity? Well we are way below that now.] He acts as if everyone in a union is an over paid lazy slug with way to many benefits. The company wants everyone to belive that mangement is a lean mean machine, and that their cost is minimal.
He seems to have his sights set on maintenance. They want more, from fewer people, while at the same time, he is taking more work from us.
Well Dave, let's see how sincere you are. Here is one small place you can start.
:cop: PITTSBURGH TOOL ROOM
2 Secretaries
1 tooling engineer
1 Sr tooling engineer
4 supervisor's
1 manager
1 ex line manager who is paid $500 a day as a consultant
All of this on daylight. Who say's they don't take care of their own.
Anyone else want to show Dave how to cut maintenance cost's?
