Interesting how the NWA Management Propaganda Machine has gone relatively silent of late.

However, Mechanics will be re-employed at reasonable pay-rates, while the directors of this airline's failure will never be placed in charge of another in the industry. So who loses the most?

If the striking mechanics want a job in the industry still, where are they going to work at? NWA will hire about 1500(my guess) of them back at lower wages because there is probably that many that would've thrown the juniors under the bus to save their hides. Not everyone wanted to strike. You can come on here and say that 92% voted to strike, but you can't say that everyone voted either, can you? I just hope everyone at NW has planned their next 12 months already because Bk is coming and there will be a fire sale to someone.

If you wanted to save as much money as you could (out of labor), why not go to the other unions when you are demonstrating that you CAN handle a strike?TWU informer said:"under control so far"?
Losing more than $4 million per day, asking the non-striking groups for more concessions while the mechanics walk.
Oh yeah, NWA is under control so far....![]()
