If you want to make an argument on racism and discrimination, what happened with Indian Territory is far more damning to me than slavery was, and that was largely done at the Yankee's behest, not the South.

I certainly don't recall blacks being slaughtered by the Government, or having their land continuously being reduced to accommodate the Yankee Expansion.

Axtually the first documented incidents of racial profiling happened along I-95 in that deep southern state of NEW JERSY. Cops admitted it . Lawsuits followed.
