Really? Best know what cba's say before you start busting chops. Of course you could say you were just being a bit sarcastic....As I have pointed out before the CWA's cba has snap back provisions something the IAM failed to procure for it's members.

IAM fleet service contract..snapback provisions? no

CWA contract snapback provisions? YES

IAM mechanic and related contract snapback provisions? No

There is a big difference between snap-backs (Language for wages, vacation, holidays, premiums etc snapping-back to their previous levels on a certain date in the future) and the "change of control grievance" where if won only your wages goes back the parity level they would have been at on a certain past date.
