Well for right now they are Illegal Aliens and the enforcement of our existing laws needs to be beefed up PERIOD.

I'm wondering if the IAM would consider sending in members that are currently furloughed )paying them of course) to "Spy" on these places like Timco and "Rat Out" the places that play fast and loose with the rules and laws of the land? Wouldn't be in their memberships best interests to raise thier (Timco & others) level of pain when it comes to doing business?

I don't think so and here is why: I know for a FACT one of the IAM past reps who lost his job now works at Timco. He is a nice guy, a family man wanting to make it to retirement like most and therefore he and others would not jeopardize their jobs over some convoluted dream that such actions would change the world and make it a better place. They will just lay low and make their living and move on and I can’t blame them considering what we all been thru under a GOP controlled America where unions are a joke.

It is a shame the paper tiger (FAA) and other government agencies that are currently paid to do this are not doing what our tax dollars are paying them to do. If these offending companies are not severely punished and this practice is allowed this could be an "in" for possible terrorism. This is really not a job some union should be doing.

Yeah, When I was doing the hiring of Hourlys to run high speed copiers we used to call our screening process a "Fog Test" meaning if you put a mirror under their nose and it fogged up they got the job.

Hopefully these arrests will serve as a wake up call for true increased security and not more security like th Trained Shoe Analysts (TSA) that your customers have to suffer through
