Funny thing Comrade, Euro goes away from Communism/Socialism we flock to the light.
We build walls at our border.
We listen in on our calls.
We intrude into the home.
We find our Constitution outmoded and useless.
Is this what this country needs more of?
This is what you paid for Tuesday.
So be it.

So we can all share the wealth, eliminate individualism, eliminate yearning to succeed...it will all be provided by our leaders.
Bless our Leader.

"There are a lot of Americans out there that do not fully understand the concept of Socialism or Communism which is why they've elected Obama as president," it says.

And so it begins. Someone needs to tell these people that Obama cannot do whatever he pleases. That's assuming he intends to do what they think is going to do. He cannot enact universal healthcare with an executive order, or take away your guns or raise your taxes. I guess its more fun to work yourself up into a frenzy.

Whats wrong tech? Is the Kool Aid starting to taste bitter?

I’m by no means a communist … I swing more towards nationalism … yes I do understand how communism failed by taking away the personal desire of people to work harder and succeed . HOWEVER , I will NOT allow my nation to wind itself down to destruction through capitalism if that’s the way we’re headed …. I will NOT tolerate mass homelessness and mass unemployment … I won’t stand for it , this is 2009 not 1932 … I will not see bread lines and I won’t see children starve in the streets , I’m sick of hearing about American citizens dying because they couldn’t afford a medical treatment needed to save their lives . If all you care about is money , then I will stand against you , I care about the people , the human beings who make up this nation , not it’s cars and fancy buildings .

I respect privacy and the constitution I believe in the freedom of speech and the right to bear arms , our civil rights and constitutional guaranteed rights thou are not intertwined with capitalism . You can still have the same rights we have in ANY economic system … remember that .

It does appear that they, after so many years of supporting the Bush neo-cons, have forgotten that our country has a democratic system of enacting or not enacting legislation. And that even though, for instance labor union members may be encouraged by their union to vote democrat, the largest single demographic group of NRA members are trade unionists. A fact revealed, on c-span book review, several years ago, by,at that time the current president of the National Rifle Association, Charlton Heston.

We have a system where by the people let their will be known. On Tuesday Americans did just that. What's more they did so because of the King George, elitist mentality.

Mr.Bush and his neo-con(republican) base found out they're not Kings. They're part of the base of temporary workers they've created in the U.S. And their contract just ended.

Last week you were talking about grabbin' your guns and house-jacking people !

Make up your mind, either Socialism or Vandalism ! Out of the 2 choices, I prefer Vandalism !

eh .. that was me talking out of pure fear ..... while not out of all possiblity that we might someday have to redistrubte unlived in homes .. i really really hope it never gets to anything close to that ...

capatlism is something i've come to admire more and more .... it's so efficent and gives people so many more choices than any other system ... i really do hope we can hang with it .... but if we can't then so be it .

There are numerous sub-sets of capitalism. There is no mandate that requires capitalism to hold strictly to a model that attempts to emulate free trade policy in all markets. Let's see what adjustments are made, and how it effects the efficiency and, more importantly, the effectiveness of the system.

Capitalism works a lot better when government gets out of the way rather than interfering.

Remember that the next time you see a foreclosure sign. It wasn't the capitalists who thought it would be a great idea to legislate "fairness" by mandating that banks loan money to people with poor credit to avoid being accused of discrimination. It was Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton, and the Democratic Party who wanted to socialize housing. Well, you got your wish -- now everyone's equally poor!

JS...how come then the majority of foreclosures in my area are homes that cost $350k and up (the median home price here is $200k). People with 'poor credit' are not necessarily 'poor people' or minorities.

ANN COULTER: Different branches have different rules. In terms of writing legislation, the president's rule is quite clearly laid out as he sort of indicates but then ignores with his pen, with his veto pen. That is his role. Then he has a phone. He can call Congressmen, he can call Senators and say, this is what I'd like in the law. But other than that, he has no role in writing legislation.

He is vetoing legislation by refusing to enforce it. The constitution demands that the president of the United States take care that the laws be faithfully executed. He has simply taken it upon himself to rewrite Obamacare, to rewrite immigration laws, -- you indicated with the DREAMers thing -- to rewrite drug laws.

Now we're not -- Colorado and Washington, sure, just legalize drugs that the federal government, that the Congress has written and made illegal. This is the bottom of the slippery slope, and I think he would be impeached if he weren't America's first black president.
