Injunction is out

Your comment is well beyond contempt....

He is here to stir up s-hit. He doesn't believe half the things he says, but only says them for effect. He envisions himself as the leader of the next Tahrir Square.

The article begins, 'Pilots are turning up the heat at America West
Airlines, vowing to strictly enforce work rules that could cause operational
slowdowns -- if management doesn't voluntarily restart contract talks after a
scheduled meeting Monday.' http://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/america-west-airlines-addresses-wall-street-journal-article-70835837.html This is funny!!!!!

I couldn't find the part where Parker said that AWH was seeking an injunction against the union for engaging in an illegal slowdown. Oh, that's right - that didn't happen back then. Parker said that there wasn't an illegal slowdown.

How was that spanking, luv9er? That hillbilly Judge sure tore USAPA a new one. BS is carrying a cushion to sit on.

There is no next move, unless both sides of this argument compromise on something.

Well there is ALWAYS a next move. The issue is whether the next move is palatable to those involved. Frankly, "compromise on something" has a rather nice ring to it from where I sit.

OH there's a next move alright. It's just going to take several years before the courts allow that move to be made. How do you like the odds you'll be satisfied?

"NO"

See that? That is something no court in this country can take away from me. That is my vote. Your only hope is enough of us retire to give you the upper hand. That will take a few years. By then, the attrition will be captured and you will still be sitting in PHX with what you have right now.

Really? How many years do you think a court will allow USAPA to continue to extort dues/agency fees from west pilots while choosing to advance the interests of the east exclusively?

If USAPA was "Supremely Confident" that Nic would be rejected, they would follow the mandate of the arbitration and their responsibility as a union and Present and Defend such a T/A for pilot ratification. When it fails then they can justify pursuing DOH ( although not legally, since Nic is still binding) or any other solution that would result in a passable T/A.

No, the Fecal Jenga that is USAPA is about to collapse, either from internal or external forces. How it happens is much less important than the fact that it does.

COURT ORDERED bump and flush...think that's impossible? The West will easily prove damages after years of this bs. Vote NO all you want, but at some point even that won't provide you cover.

Yes I do...

And every negotiating session that the company worsens proposals on and every word Parker speaks about contract talks taking years makes it MORE impossible. Even the most reasonable of the NCs proposals are rebuffed by the company negotiators. You can't keep that out of the testimony at any court hearing on the matter.

Of course, a jury in New York awarded a woman $1 million for her loss of psychic powers after a CAT Scan, so I guess you DO have that going for you.
