This does bring up an interesting/scary idea.

Just as NASA is now reviewing their screening process for employees, I wonder if airlines will do the same. Consider the out come if it were found that Mark Fisher had to accompany and UM over night because of a mech/WX xcl? What if the minor were assaulted? The ramifications would be widely felt.

Seems in this day and age, companies are at more and more risk of law suits. I cannot help but wonder why we even allow UM’s.

I knew Mark from the training department and on the line and somehow never really believed he could have done what he was accused of.

Does'nt matter how much you think you 'know' or like someone, you may be shocked to learn of their pathetic other side.

I agree that this is not really the proper place to post this information. Although the person is/was a US employee, airing their "Dirty Laundry" on an Aviation discussion board is meaningless. He nor his legal problems have anything to do with the operation of the airline. We could just start to dig up dirt on all other employees if we wished to do so. If this guy had any wrong doing while on duty that had negative impications for US, that MAY be something to discuss here. :down:

If you check the thread titles in this forum you will see it is not aviation related in any way,And please do not cry to the moderators over topics and such like you did with the dougie boozy threads or find personally displeasing.If you don't like the topic and or content,do not post..We have moderators who are quite adept at policing these threads .
