Tim  if you file with the DOL  how much more delayed will us as FSAs have to wait to see about getting a JCBA contract   bec the DOL is part of the govt and naturally theyre not in any hurry to resolve issues

actually most nc members on the iam side already said not to expect our good medical to stick around.
