We missed our negotiation window. I tried telling these morons but they just dont care.
Unfortunately, to get to $30 like we were suppose to, now these clowns will have to concede things we never would have conceded 6 months ago.

This association gets in the way alot lately, worse than being non union.

Maybe you're too much of a moron or clown yourself to be able to understand or read between the lines? As I can read this update it's obvious at least to me that the company is offering more to other groups then they are to us. On Holidays they wrote that the expectations fell far below what they were offered. 

So let's assume here for the moron who might not get it? The agents and dispatchers got 10 Holidays at Double Time. Maybe they're offering us only 5 Holidays at time and a half (current TWU language) and offering the Mechanics the 10 Holidays at Double time that the rest of the company is enjoying?

I'm wondering if that were the case would the Moron, clown I'm responding to say "Hurry up and grab it so we can get to the PAY"

The big word in that update is "consistency" That word in itself implies that our guys are NOT being unreasonable in the negotiations. That word makes it very clear that again we are being offered LESS than what other groups have or are being offered.

Is Fleet a lower class than everyone else in our Company? Does anyone on this thread believe we should be treated or think of ourselves that way?

The problem is that you and them failed to do your job while the window was open. And your TWU doesnt help matters by doing lus work. Ill commence a raid in January if the job isnt done. The membership is pretty heated right now and if lombardo effs things up as bad as Sito has then our group is doomed.

If the company say offered the mechanics the what it seems like standard offer currently of 10 Holidays at Double time and say they said we only want to pay you for ONE Holiday (Christmas) but only Time and One Half for that day.

Would Tim Nelson (Mr. Brilliant) jump on that offer to hurry up and get to the end $$MONEY$$ base wage talks?

Do you have a backbone or are you an invertebrate? Are you a sniveling dog begging for a treat? Do you have no line in the sand or are you desperate enough to grab anything they throw at you?

Now you and your band of idiots are saying that parker loves all other groups but hates us. Sorry, dont blame parker for your incompetence. He tried but you guys didnt listen and even delayed things for 5 weeks over temp agents.
Now we are screwed but not as screwed as we would be if you guys dont sign before the other shoe falls off.
