The Association has already stated the TWA people wont get their time back, its has been settled already.
According to NYer there does remain some unsettled stations in that TWA ruling. Maybe NYer can elaborate more.

Kasher decision is binding and final, there are no open issues, it was over a decade ago.

It is if you're at all interested in employment law, labor law, or the RLA...
Its been settled a long time ago, under the RLA, employment law and labor law.

There will be no revisit, that ship sailed a long time ago, and even the courts have stated so.

More unnecessary crap to divide the membership.

I dont agree with Kasher decision, but it is what it is, and it wont be changed.

Oh look the coneheads are stalking.

How can it be interesting when all the former TW employees have a seniority date?

Do you always answer a question with a question?

It will be no different than most airline mergers, nothing interesting.

I think I'll simply fly with what Charlie Brown said last week since CB is on both the Negotiating team and the Seniority Integration committee.

Probably better than listening to hearsay from third parties who are not actually in those talks? At least IMO.

He just finds it interesting to be interested just for the sake of being interested in something that has nothing to be interesting about.

How can you not find THAT interesting?

Is there something wrong with you?

Every integration is interesting. Especially this one, since it has so many moving parts...

Dovetailing is not interesting, and that is what has been agreed too, there are a couple of issues with fleet and numerous with maintenance, now if you said M&R will be interesting then I would agree.

Maybe not to you, but even dovetailing is interesting when you have all the angles involved that fleet and maintenance do. Just because you and WeAAsles can't be bothered doesn't make it any less so...

Must be slow going on DL ramp organizing campaign this morning.

Hey Kev if nothing is going on in your drive to organize Delta ramp maybe you can help Tim regroup the old AGW crowd and fire up that card drive over here?

TWU has only been at AA for almost 70 years and AMFA has been trying for 52 years now.

Absolutely no doubt NOW is finally the time I think it can be pulled off.
