No they won't get there seniority until we have a joint contract. AA people at EWR are on the bottom of the list I'm sure of all people you know how that goes

Not a problem. If CB or Rez come on this weekend tell them you've had enough then. You want them to take whatever the company offers and if they agree we can be done by the end of next week.

On the last day of the company only decided to give us an extra buck an hour should they grab that one too?

Again tell CB and Rez what you want.

Alright. Again I'm wrong and you're right.

Tell CB and Rez if they come on that you don't care anymore. You want whatever the company offers us.

BAM DONE. Like I said. It'll take about a week to get that done.

Preferential Hiring until we get a JCBA and then they'll get their seniority back.

All I'm saying to you there are two sides to every story I'm the moron you should have no problem getting that. My opinion of you not necessarily good or bad but I feel you are slanted  towards the union. There is nothing wrong with that but it might slightly cloud your judgement

No. You're slanted towards them rolling over in these talks and I'm not. That's called an impasse between you and I. But yes I support the "people" in that room 100%. Maybe because I talk to a few of them and don't really think what they're doing is easy or because part of me wishes I was there with them when I hear the company trying to step on them (us) like we're nothing more than second class garbage?

Tell you one thing. Without this merger I'm damn close to positive you'd still be making the same pay per hour that you made before it. What was that again? $19 and change?

I agree with you after contract talks I figured around $22 per hour and .50 per year after,but again as you've stated i'm a moron tell me, I dont understand, what that has to do with anything. Our original debate was someone stated DL was getting rid of their senior people you moved it to contract talks.

Well, slightly. I think it is more like the following process, when you disagree with Weasel and 700: you process the following way"
Step 1: Moron
Step 2: Tim Nelson disciple
Step 3: Anti unionist
Step 4: a belief that you are in fact Tim Nelson

Some skip steps but if you are in moron status then at some point soon, they will brand you a Tim Nelson sympathizer.

Weaasle  the outline of our contract is already there just look at passenger service. the money is going to be either UA or UA+ 3%. Remember how easy it was when writing an essay using an outline

I know my grammar and punctuation are terrible surprised they haven't attack that, Guess they don't want to hurt my feelings. What gets me I like the two guys

Contract talks is the topic of this thread. We can talk about the plight of the non Union guys in other areas and argue about it to death if you don't want to back down off your opinion.

100's of guys fired over the course of just one year though? Nah. A little too coincidental for me.

Back on topic. Tell CB and Rez to hurry up if they comment this weekend.
