I honestly think there is a little B/S on both sides
That's not called BS. That's called negotiating. Remember what Charlie Brown said. "Scratch and claw"

Or would you prefer bending over from our guys? If they do since they represent all of us, you're picking up that soap as well.

No they havent. I was waiting for you to re-ask.

But it doesnt matter. Doesnt even matter which persons. It isnt like they will be able to do much else than divide up the pie given. Nothing else they can do unless they wanna stall some more.
Tim dividing the pie is important, I'd like to see what the retirement slice looks like. That's going to lead to more union infighting.

I think the Association should take a running tab. Every post made by Tim Nelson they should push out one more day from signing that final agreement with the company?

That's what I would do. Make Tim Nelson my personal litmus for when I'm ready to finalize a deal or not.

And if he makes a video we add one more month to the process.

The IAM is currently sitting in the association chair driving the bus. They "may" not want to currently put any pressure on the company through the process? Personally I believe Harry Lombardo "may" have a different way of thinking about that?
There are a lot of ways to pressure the company and the investors are not big fans of those things. Are they effective is the question? But members have been saying that they want to see more of a push against the company so.
How the company negotiators respond in the next few weeks could say a lot about the emphasis OUR Union may need to make on them. Personally I'd like to see those 7 Articles they're currently working on be TA'd by the end of the month. I said it last week. I'm past fed up with the pace from the company now. (The Company)
Can you just name 1 way to put pressure on the company? The only way that you have expressed that i remember is your dopey reasoning that Lombardo is gonna tell parker that Parker will lose his bonus if he doesnt bow to Lombardo.

The reality is that the company doesnt even have to be in negotiations as both of our labor orgs signed already and gave enuf cross utilization to make things more seamless anyways.

Other unions understodd this but for some reason the association and you keep thinking this is a video game.

You should have listened to nyer.

You really don't care what the company offers do you? I guess with the number of years you have it's easy to feel impervious.
I'm real curious what the company wants back maybe Wikileaks knows

Not unexpected, but once again Mr. Kirby blames the lack of agreements with the other work groups om the meshing of the two contracts. Of course it's there concession seeking that's really the driver.. And I hate the way he says they have big raises sitting on the table waiting to be put into our pockets...New video on Jetnet today.
All part of the theater. Get the rank and file to turn against their union. The Association should call that bluff.

Yea but dividing the pie should be easy unless the 2 labor orgs are fussing with eachother.

Weez  you know the US and AW pilots never got a joint contract. He can go years without integrating us

Kev I understand what you are saying, a common tactic but there is plenty of blame to go around on both sides

You've treaded those same waters on occasion...
No I'm not exactly interested in your Venezuelan utopia since that's how I think you view things. But I did vote for Bernie. And if Bernie and Elizabeth support Hillary guess who I'm voting for.

BTW talked to someone today and you were right. You were assigned over to DL 142 after all. Have fun joining in the chorus of 141 bashers then I guess. Nothing wrong with throwing rocks at OTHER peoples houses I guess.

Toilet paper those trees too while you're at it.
