Hey Al did you know in your own IAM that they have a Policy that once you reach the age of 65 they would prefer that you retire when your term is up?

Now of course I suppose that's unofficially official (Not in writing) as even a Union could be sued for age discrimination if it were. Your own President Delaney suddenly rode off into the sunset just before he hit 65 as I recall. Mysteriously went on a "vacation" as I remember.

When my day comes honestly I also want to just fade to black. No announcement at work when my last day will be either. Just a call to manning letting them know I'm off to the links or maybe the tropics.

I don't really know who NYer is? I may have him confused with someone I think he could be?
