I think the Association and 2 unions separately have more fence mending than the company at least with me. They got off on the wrong foot  not letting us vote

I understand your "no" you were in bankruptcy that can leave you bitter for years. How would you feel if the TWU organized the people who took over your cabin service?

Agree, enough blame to go around. But as for today's update and Holidays to be specific. I do think we all know the company will go with the 10 holidays based on what other work groups negotiated. The key word "negotiated". I would imagine AA is asking for something in return and to our negotiating committee's credit, they are not budging. Again, if AA is using carrots for concessions, no go! I'm still of the belief that if the two unions would be more specific in their updates, you may get a few more team players. To date, this thing called the Association is it's own worst enemy and that plays right into AA's hands.

I've NEVER been bitter. Others yes. Me no. If they did I would be fine with it if I thought they would try to get it integrated back to us.

They make more money in dues from me then a $12 per hour guy. (2 times your wage monthly goes for dues)

Weez  we disagree nine times out of ten when a job gets outsourced its gone for good. When the union goes for those jobs  it infuriates me. Just like us with the AMTS we took over dispatch do you think those jobs would have been given over to another union so easily, its a total conflict of interest

It was once explained to me in negotiations everything can change so they can't say we got you this or that and then change it.Actually it was explained to me much better but I just can't get it out
