Prez or CB. If u missed my question few posts go. Can either of you comment on whether or not the Association signed off on the profit sharing thing. With today announcement from the Association it sure looks as though there bout 30 articles Which there's a tentative agreement now
 
Update

We have 6 weeks scheduled through the end of August and I'm sure you have noticed some money Articles have been passed (Sick leave and Holidays). We will obviously try to narrow the gaps on the Articles out there not TA'd yet, which is around 7 of them. I expect to see more money Articles in the near future as well. I will reiterate that I wish we had a deal 3 months ago but am not willing to bring a crap deal back just to get it done.

I have briefed in my breakrooms that after negotiations are over I would be willing to sit down with anyone and walk them through the process of negotiations. It is a very frustrating process that I wish everyone could be a part of during their career. As for not being specific enough for some of you out there, I can only say that the risk of compromising a position is too great to take that chance. I know that everybody is anxious, I can assure you that we are all in that room working together to get the best deal possible.

I am not sure whether that has an official signature on it. What I can say is that I don't see it as being an issue when all is said and done.

Since I was on the PMUS mechanic and related NC during chapter 22 I don't wish that on anyone.

Now when I was on the CO FA NC it was night and day dealing with CO's executives.

Hey there Rez.

Early on you said you think there would wind up being a grand total of roughly 36 articles accounting for squeezing out some other articles and condensing them. I'm just a bit confused? Are you saying that you think you have 7 total left to go or you're working on 7 at the moment?

I'm assuming you haven't dropped down from 36 to 28 so?

Just double checking.

Hope I didn't confuse everyone, currently working on 7, 21 TA's so far and about 37-40 total articles when done.

At the bottom left of the home page, there should be a small link that says "use mobile version," or similar. Much easier than using the full version, but you can switch back and forth if you want...

If you're serious about wishing people could see the process (and I believe you), you should start inviting them to observe.
