I will give my two cents. I listen to what people say when I walk the properties I represent and I read social media sites for insight. Also, I deal with contract language every day and know the issues in some of the language. For these reasons, I personally want to negotiate until this Company realizes that top pay and below average everything else does not make a worthy contract for the biggest and most profitable airline in the world.
I do realize that there are other reasons to getting a contract sooner before later, some being mentioned on this site. However, the rush many seem to be in to get a contract leads me to believe that things that should be in this contract may not be in the final. I just don't want to see what every other group has dealt with, buyers remorse.
