The brutal reality is, there is no massive retirement happening. Otherwise, why would leaves be offered all the way through November? There is no massive "exodus" due to the the "last best five year" rule. No one is leaving. Recalling junior, non dues paying member is not a priority with APFA. As a furloughed member, I've learned the best way to avoid this emotional roller coaster is to accept the brutal fact....we wouldn't be recalled anytime soon. I did not vote for THB. Preserving the pension is the one and ultimate goal of APFA. Not recalling furloughed fas. Now, my question to all of you furloughed fas who voted for the THB administration, what have they done for YOU?
