<_< ---- Sorry about that! I was referring to #6 of Kasher's award. The "Dispute Resolution Committee"! Which, as to date, has been Kasher himself. He's made about twenty eight "clarifications" so far as to disputes that have cropped up regarding interruption of his award. And from what I've heard, the Michigan lawsuit is largely based!

Sounds like Kasher Kashed in on that. Build in a bunch of flaws, then assure yourself a meal ticket ruling on them.

<_< ---- I personally feel he was trying to have it both ways! Didn't do such a good job of it! But than again, I am a little bayous on the subject! And am the first to admit it!! 😉 As for cashing in? Could be! Although, I've heard there is another Arbitrator involved in a second aa/TWA lawsuit in Florida! But, I know vary little about it, or how a second Arbitrator could get involved!
