Not to be a wise ass, but this is why we have a secret ballot. Newt, like any person is a flawed man. So was JFK, MLK, Bill Clinton, Thomas Jefferson and for much the same reason. Failure to keep pecker in pants. It's a failing as old as recorded history.

I can think of 3 rock solid reasons not to vote for him whether he was married to his High School Sweetheart for 40 years or who he is today. For others that's not the case. If you think he has seen the errors of his ways then forgiveness is in order. If not, then you and you alone have to decide upon Newt's personal life and how much weight you give it in your decision.

For me a persons private indiscretions don't factor in all that much especially those of a sexual nature. I mean really we're not talking about a convicted felon. I do think it appropriate to note his ethics violations while Speaker of the House

MLK, Clinton, JFK and the rest as far as I am.aware did not run on a family values platform. Clinton was not on the bully pulpit yelling dont commit adultery while banging Lewinsky. Gingrich was. In fact he did it twice.

Oh I get that. It's on the list of my reasons for becoming a huge Ron Paul supporter.

One I like his views and proposals most of all. However when you're out on Dr Paul's limb it's comforting to know that while you might lose at least you know his integrity is above reproach.

Oh sure Ron Paul has Skeletons in his closet, who among us doesn't. The difference being that if you collect all of Dr Paul's skeletons you might end up with half a bag of bones. With ole rooting tootin' Newt you'll need the whole moving van to clean out the skeletons in his closet.

Newt Gingrich will defeat Mitt Romney to win today's South Carolina primary, according to ABC News projections based on exit poll data.

Rick Santorum will place third and Ron Paul will be fourth in the race.

A likely endorsement from Jeb Bush to Romney(in florida), should put NEWT(x3) in a hard to climb out of hole. Newt's "not cool" anywhere except the backward South minus florida, + Texas.
