I'm not an LCC Employee but have been watching the boards for info on the Arbitration Decision: any updates?

NO news is good news!

No news is good news???? just how is that good news?? im still making the same wages and to me thats bad!!! so no news means its still being dragggged out and thats NOT good news!! we need news whether its good or bad but we need something so we can move on....

Get use to it. As I said a long time ago! 2009 then the IAM may get off there A$$ and may start working on a new contract and sell your C.O.C OUT to get a contract. WHAT HAS THE IAM DONE FOR YOU THIS YEAR and Let me be the first to say this 2008 will be no different. 😳 Is it to late to vote in a TEAMSTERS CONTRACT.

Funny! But sad. Today in Phoenix there were New Year Resolutions being made. Four persons were leaving this enviornment for other endeavors. These were truly dedicated teamleads and associates for the last five or so years. They will all make out for the best.
I felt I was now becoming the LEFTOVERS! After 12 years and being told this was only an "ENTRY LEVAL POSITION" I am really feeling it! Rampers do the REAL work! The new airline has us loading the result of RPM revenue. But! No One knows the effort these persons give beyond the mental efforts.
There was a time when HEAVY meant heavy, bags. There is NO concern for this any more.
We pretty much are expected to be ON TIME, EVERY TIME inspite of the WEIGHT and EXTENT of the flight.
It is about the pilot, the inflight, the controller, the poor gate personnel. Does anyone realize what it means to have a mechanic sign off a safe plane, or that the teamlead loads properly as not to result in overuse of FUEL consumption?
Let's get this right. Shareholders only make money with efforts pertaining to companies that result in outstanding performances!

An obsession with big numbers requires ignorance of individual lives.

Ignorance is in full swing.

Just trying to keep the morale up ! Didn't you ever hear that expression ?

Philly Rocks...

Dude... Seriously... You guys need to start loading your bins correctly. for the love of GOD. Every single flight, it takes like 7 agents to come over and deal with the flight when it normally only takes the crew and the runners.

Why do you mix locals mesa and connects? It isn't that hard to seperate, just go observe the offload of one of our flights, its easy. You can hit your weight goals AND seperate.

Learn to short stack for god sake. I got a 321 the other day with 60 bags in the BACK of the forward bin. WTF? You could use ONE person to stack the bags. Hell, you don't even NEEd to stack, just throw for a bit and stack a few at the end.

Are you guys dimwits out there?

He's right what the frig is wrong with you people in phil? It seems like you would have to go out of your way to mix up 140 connects with locals when that 57 comes in to las its a cluster ####! I know, I know, PhL just does'nt care!

As they come from the bagchute is how they are loaded.

chill out

are you from PHX if so. those who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones,

because PHX is worse . YES i sad WORSE than PHL. Phx doesn't even know how to put commodity codes in the

computer correct. So if your in PHX look at how you send your flt s out and fix your problems.

PHL and PHX both suck ass at loading, at least it was that way when I got off of the ramp 6 months ago. As a West employee, PHX can't load a plane per procedure to save their lives. From Day One of the merger PHL did just as poor a job. You want to see a GOOD load? Look at CMH. Dunno about post merger, but CMH ALWAYS sent me a perfect load. Completly by the book.

We are sending you guys loads terribly on purpose. We aren't going to allow you the luxury of an easy inbound at this point in the game.

Go easy on us, we just had to learn a whole new system, and have had only 3 months to use it. It is all self learning out here. What's your excuse? LAZYNESS?!

It isn't hard to leave some bags aside on a cart sperated by local, connect, mesa, and interline. You guys just throw anything at random.

Lets get this back on topic or it's going to be closed. If anyone knows anything about the change of control then post it here.
