Only problem I have with the article is that it states that business travelers know the rules, adhere to them, and expect everyone else to adhere to them. Then why am I always out of OH bin space in F/C before all the F/C passengers have even boarded? There's the rollaboard, the computer bag, and the briefcase (which when coming down the jetbridge was precariously balanced in an open pocked of the computter bag or vice versa), but "I'm Executive Platinum. These things can NOT be checked.."
