Let's clear up some things

Okay guys I must clear this one up. I did NOT offer buddy passes to ANYONE. I offered a retiree a ride from the airport to her mothers side in icu. ALSO, I put her in a space available class of service and the AIRPORT put her on the plane and bumped 2 pax. AND blamed it on me because I introduced myself as CSD and they said, "what is that?" and I said customer service supervisor--sorry folks but when a pax asks for a sup they got ME!. THEN inventory control did not put pax in the right class of standby when the retiree was TRANSFERRED to them. Guess who took the fall??? NOW that's what you get for trying to take care of your fellow employee or retiree. OH and by the way, retirees DO get sa1p's every year.
