Lets not. I decided to work for Delta because it wasn't union, same reason I bought a house in a non HOA neighborhood, I can think for myself.

Don't waste your time. These Delta people have drank so much Kool-Aid aka Delta-Aid its made them into robots. They should just hook up an IV full of Delta-Aid and then it will pump 24/7. 🙄 🙄 🙄

Who do you think your company judges it's wages against? Do you think those wages just appeared out of the blue?
Do you think there would be a middle class in America without Unions? How much do you know about the American Industrial Revolution (which still reverberates through the American work place) Do not think for a moment an Illegal alien is NOT on it's way to replace you PRONTO?
The service industry in LA has become 60% illegal alien...jobs that used to be filled by college, High School, AMERICAN working class families...LOST to illegal aliens. THIS IS REAL...we have already been invaded and our politicians are a part of it!
To hell with "out-sourcing" companies like you embrace have seen the future..."In-sourcing" (that's CHEAP labor form the THIRD WORLD, given AMNESTY by the like of the Democrats or John Mc Cain)
IF you do not think UNIONS in this country have helped you you are truly misguided...granted, we have UNIONS embracing ILLEGAL ALIENS (for profit).

Every time I see one of your posts, it almost always has something to do with Kool-Aid.... and I've decided to laugh at you instead of take you seriously. It's much easier that way.
That's because illegal aliens are willing to do it cheaper and complain a lot less about it than you. They are the equivalent of outsourcing overseas, but they are here in our country. Why do you think there is such a large market for illegal aliens & overseas outsourcing? It's because we've gone and priced ourselves out of global markets, and now even our own market here at home is going with the lower priced labour. So you think raising the minimum wage is going to make us more competitive, decrease outsourcing and employment of illegal aliens? These people are not leaving, they're here to stay. You can complain about how it's not right, but it's not going to change anything. And yes, they will do your job for you, for less than half what you charge, and they won't even dream of organizing.
We may dislike it, but it's happening and it will continue happening so long as we remain uncompetitive in wages. I won't argue that unions have helped in some ways... but they are a huge part of the reason we find ourselves in this outsourcing/insourcing mess that we're in.
I think I may start a new thread: "Let's talk union busting. You won't see union busting discussed here."

You can't live in the US making a lousy $26.00 an hour. I'll take lower wages as soon as my property taxes are cut, my state and federal taxes are cut, the food I buy goes down, the movie ticket I buy is chopped in half, they chop my water, electricity, fuel, gas, cable tv, mortgage interest rates, credit cards are banned, did I miss anything? Oh, ya, medical, house and car insurance.

If I were an illegal I could, because I wouldn't be paying taxes. I’d get free medical, you let me buy cars but I don’t need car insurance because , hey I’m illegal! I’ll buy a single family house in your neighborhood where I will live with 5 or 6 other families and bring your property value down.
So, if you think we are uncompetitive in wages, then you are definitely a part of what’s wrong with America. You sir are a disgrace to all Americans. I don't want to live in a thirld world country nor make America one. Uncompetative wages my ###.
And if you don’t think the illegal’s wouldn’t organize you are wrong, they’d do it in a heart beat!
You are the reason we Americans are considered to be “stupid Americansâ€.
Sounds more like a Flat tax or Fair tax argument rather than a union argument. What we all need are lower taxes.
