Lousy Customer Service in Rez

The first link, did they consider any US carriers? The second link, All I can say is that ALL US carriers ought to be embarrased. Midwest nobody can compete with the 2x2 seating in coach, hands down. JetBlue and Frontier are up there with the DirecTV.

In flight entertainment must rank high amongst the ratings. I have yet to fly either JetBlue or Frontier, they don't fly where I normally travel. I try not to be so picky when I travel. I expect the basics, decent service, the feeling of not being crowded, and not to be lied to about travel delays. I don't care about movies on-board, but it sure helps the people traveling with kids. If I want some entertainment on the flight I'll just bring out my laptop. But I don't want to have to worry about the seat back reclining down and nailing my display, which happens on which carrier I take. As to the airlines that have DirecTV, kudos to them, I am a DirecTV fan. I hate Comcast with a passion. But on a flight I just want to get to the place I am traveling to. If I want comfort and leisure, I'd take the train.

You may want to take survey results with a big grain of salt. Several of them (including JD Powers) only rank companies who suscribe and participate in their market research services.

Cathay Pacific is widely considered one of the two best airlines in world.

Perhaps, but my EVP just flew on them in F to HKG and said AA's F is still a better product...
