I write as attorney for Ma and Pa Kettle ("aka Country Hicks").
As you are, no doubt, aware, Ma and Pa Kettle have established a reputation for being slow-speaking, slow-thinking, and lazy. They are well known for their absurd misadventures with their large and loving clan. This reputation was built through careful consideration over many years.
We have recently learned that you have posted various references to the Kettle clan on your site at www.usaviation.com. For example, we refer to several postings on the USAirways section referring to the $79 fares sought by the Kettles. Your posting of these items is considered derogatory to the Kettle clan. The Kettle clan has standards (albeit low) when they fly. However, these standards are sufficiently high as to not allow them to choose to fly with USAirways or America West Airlines. To associate the Kettle family with USAirways and America West Airlines ("aka Low Class Carrier") will NOT be tolerated.
Based upon the foregoing, we hereby demand that your confirm to us in writing within ten days of receipt of this letter that:
(i) you have removed all postings about the Kettles from your site; and
(ii) you will refrain from posting any similar material on the Internet or any other on-line service in the future; and
(iii) you will have Travis Christ refrain from his repeated attempts of contacting the Kettles for marketing opportunities.
The foregoing is without waiver of any and all rights of the Kettle clan, all of which are expressly reserved herein.
