Is the MAA contract in its entirety posted on the AFA website? I found only "highlights" but not the contract itself.

The MAA contract in it entirety and in written form has not been completed by the company.
This contract was ready in August and should have already been printed by the company months ago.

If anything like AA, it may take awhile and a LOT of pressure from the union. Here at AA, we still haven't gotten a printed copy of the contract as revised by the RPA concessions that went into effect 01Apr03.
Our new president, Tommie Hutto-Blake, has gotten the company to commit to printing and distributing copies of the revised contract. I suspect our former president was not anxious for the membership to see in black and white what was given up without their vote. Remember it was revised after the questionable Yes vote and the new revisions were approved by the BOD and implemented without a vote of the membership.
As long as you don't have a copy, you have to depend upon the company to tell you what is or is not in the contract. Not a good situation. :down:
