While so many worry about the "fairness doctrine"...I don't. Keep Rush and Hannity all you want. But if there is a single person who defines "hate radio" - it's Savage.

I think there is such a thing as hate speech. The obvious would be advocating lynchings or violence against a segment of society. Were someone to tag a jewish persons house with a peace sign or a swastika, do you consider both as graffiti? Should they be punished the same?

What happens is in the Liberal orthodoxy any idea, concept or speech that doesn't rigidly conform to their exact ideal is at best misguided and at worst hateful. So it comes as no surprise that the like of Rush Limbaugh and other conservative & Libertarian talk show hosts would be labeled as purveyors of hate radio or hate speech because in the Liberal Elitest mindset there can only be one corect viewpoint and that IMO makes them the most hateful vindictive group in the USA Today.

Wrong Piney. Reread my liberal elitist post. I said let Rush and Hannity spew to their hearts content. Even let Savage - but what Savage spouts is nothing short of hate. He's free to spew it though...and they all know that that liberal elitist organization, the ACLU, will go to bat for them...just as they went to bat for the KKK to hold a rally.
