OK, so someone walks off with $500k in assets. They get caught by the FBI, not our own. Is this about the most egregious example of inept management ever? Where is the oversight? Where is the discipline? Any policy changes? Were any policies broken? By the company's reaction, I guess not. Is this simply acceptable? Is this indicative of deeper managerial issues? Any thoughts? :unsure:
 
I have no idea of what the OP is talking about, unless specifics are given. That being said, please remember that the Code of Ethics at US Airways only applies to the rank and file and has never applied to anyone in Management.

I'd say this is more about a morally-bankrupt employee than it is about an inept manager, but I'd like to hear your reasoning.
