Today, for the first time ever, Usairways has surpassed the market value of American Airlines.

At the close of business today, LCC was worth $4.4 billion dollars and AMR was worth $4.36 billion.

This is something I thought I would never see in my lifetime. Congatulations to everyone at LCC.
