TO SET THE RECORD STRAIGHT!!!

Earlier I posted message about a sports team that had their reservation lost and after digging into the problem I have found that there was someone at the team that failed to confirm their reservation and dropped the ball. Not having that information and failing to dig deeper into the problem, I posted what was conveyed to me and I should have hastened that post.

So, I want to offer my apology to USAir and I’ll take what ever arrows might come my way. I’d like to add that several people from USAir stepped up to the plate and offered help resolving this problem and showed a sincere effort. My hat goes off to them.

Looking over the FFOCUS website it does not seem to be be very active. The extensive coverage of the roachfest...04 (ya, like 3 years ago) was amazing.

I don't think the FFOCUS bin should be holding their breath.

Boy, I can say I am Not with the in crowd on how to use this site. But! Bear with me. I love the enthusiasm!
We just got the 2nd or was it 1st quartly results. O.k. we got ahead. And I guess this means we are something to whoever invests in a major airline industry. See, I see it differently. Everyone is competing to excell against other airlines and then investors, but we are the workers! I believe we can beat the competitors by sharing the experience with all work groups. Even Southwest airlines couldn't beat us with our Legacy experience and recognition of dedication! Ok. The Board of Directors need to acknowlege that WE! can catipolt them to the next level. I'm old fashioned. But let the employees help you decide your future!
FREAKIE THURSDAY! HQ Phoenix Az. PICKET 3-6PM. The numbers SHOULD speak for themselves. Or otherwise we Spin our Wheels. But this will let them feel the Burn! And, then what is next. Time will tell.

I'll retract when you answer a question I pose. Notice I'm not holding my breath.
As for the OP, I told them that in order to be successful in the media he needs to have facts, fare reciepts etc. Upon looking for that information it was discovered that all of the facts weren't available to him or were not what was alledged. It happens.

Thus the above post. There is nothing at this time to report to the media. All I gave my contacts was a "Heads Up" that I might have a juicy tidbit.

The good news is that US apparently did not drop the ball. The Sadder news is it's early in the week. Plenty of time for US to maintain it's batting average.

I do however love USCactus' "Shoot the Messenger" approach.
