Three hours and counting down. You NWA AMFA guys had better get it together. I suggest you do some quick soul searching as to what is best for you and your family. I know that NWA has over a hundred applications on freeze and there are a bunch of guys there that are still undecided, I being one of them. It is time for you to start making decisions for yourself other than relying on someone else.

PTO you sound like someone who is desperate for AMFA mechanics to return to work. why should you give two cents if they do or not? I SMELL SOMETHING FISHY PTO, could it be perhaps your an IAM company bootlicker who realizes what a severe thrashing your about to get at the hands of NWA's? local, if the other mechanics are anything like the AMFA mechanics that have already crossed over they will be welcome here with no resentment what so ever. The AMFA mechanics that I have talked to are some really great guys. Yes, I do look forward to them coming back to work. Then I can go home and wait for the AA guys to go on strike so I can go and scab for AA. I have had a really great time here and I don't see why I wouldn't also have a great time at AA.

You will never get the chance at AA because the mechanics are represented by the TWU. The TWU will never call a strike because AA management has them in their back pocket.

I hadn't read something like this in at least 3 days. I almost forgot how you felt about replacement workers. Thanks for reminding all of us.
All the replacment workers aka new NW employees we can all take heart, we dont belong to an association that claims democracy but wont allow a vote, nor would we EVER STOOP SO LOW AS TO BOO A WOMAN IN PUBLIC, which amfa strikers recently did to one of the board of directors at an event that had nothing to do with NW. Wow what men you are, oh sorry WHAT MEN YOU ARE NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just for the record, one of the main reasons there isnt going to be a vote is because NW wouldnt allow amfa to fine people who had already crossed the line and by the way amfa asked for the meetings not NW, but NW allowed amfa to play it another way for their benefit.

Just read the past two days on the AMFANUTS website. Very interesting reading, it looks as if AMFA's own is ready to commit mutiny. It is a shame it took them this long to realize how much AMFA had been lying to them. I sure hope they have the sense to cross now before all the remaining positions are filled. It is now first come first serve.

If this ends up being the end for NWA mechanics, then this will be the end of me flying on NWA. I have not crossed the lines and will not if all the mechanics are replaced. Good luck to all the mechanics that are out walking the line! Just my thoughts............

You can swing a wrench anywhere for what they are offering, plus be home at night and weekends. Or even work for JB, AIRTRAN OR WHATEVER. Others are hiring at better pay and with better conditions. The scabs don't get it, once you whore out a job all you are going to get is the lowest common denominator. I'm not saying it's easy, but it goes to show one of the few scabs in Boston was a guy who got fired 6 months before the strike.

Its former AMFA mechanics PlaytheCods. The ex-union "members" turned scabs (most are former iam believers) are now in bad standing with AMFA for prostituting themselves to the corporate thugs at NWA. They have sold out themselves, their families, and their former coworkers becoming worthless scabs like you. None of my friends on strike would ever consider going back to the mess that NWA is today. Why would anyone with any self respect want to work next to a scab? Not to mention the draconian imposed terms/pay and the horrible working conditions.
The twu will never strike AA. So your going to be waiting a long time to prostitute yourself for AA. I guess
your going to continue your "great time" as a whore for NWA rogue management. Enjoy the ride scum!
Back on topic. The NWA latest insult was not worth a vote. A late proposal by the NWA management (Julie "golden" Showers?) clowns again to throw another curve ball insured that NWA will be a scab airline until they go Chapter 7 Liquidation. Which I think was the plan all along.
