I fear that unfortunately all Congress would do is give all of them US citizenship / Amnesty thus "solving" another problem.

You don't know the half of it....I took a tour of MAE in Mobile. It is like a thrid world nation there. They actually recruit from overseas and the foreign mechanics half to pay for the opportunity to work there. They are housed on the base and it looks to me that most of their pay goes to paying for housing...It would really surprise people that we slave labor right here in the good old USA and it is all legal.

This is a direct result of the flying public wanting a $600.00 airline ticket for $199.00. They would switch to ANY airline to save $2.00 and it is catching up to them. With this example and the ridiculous pay for regional carrier flight crews, nobody should be surprised.
