Could be.......although I'm sure that most of the new-hires are covering last week/month's new-hires that have already quit. After all, it's getting cold here in PHL! They've been blasting radio announcements begging for workers, making the job out to be THE place to work. Of course, nothing will change. When you are repeatedly fishing in a stream and only catching inferior fish, you either need to improve your bait or, just possibly, move to a different stream.......
