need help with beloved ETC

As much as I dont want to do this, I HAVE to fly tomorrow, nonrev.

All the info put out says to print your boarding pass from home. I dont see that option on ETC, and when I go to the equally beloved USAirways.com, it tells me that the function is unavailable and to proceed to the airport.

Any tips,help,etc? I only have a few more hairs left to pull out!

Don't plan on ETC. Get to the airport today before the cutover. Lines will likely be out the door tomorrow.

A memo was put out somewhere (?) that if you listed in SABRE you would be listed as SA7 (Buddy pass), so you may wish to use the IVR as it will list correctly.

Yeah, I saw that, but it also said to print boarding pass from home, and thats what I was hoping to do so that I didnt have to bother agents.

log onto the Hub,all the info is there,I think it's called the res handbook,it's highlighted in blue...good luck,get to the airport REALLY EARY!! <_<

When I tried this the boarding pass prints with out any bar codes. They would not let you through security.

it's not running yet..the change over is tonight.. try again tomorrow as late as you can..otherwise I think you may have to wait till you get to the airport...

All in all, it went well. When I got to RDU and the ETC came up, I was able to cancela nd rebook, getting SA3 instead of SA7. Sure was glad, cause the flight was full!!!

PIT and RDU agents done us proud today!

most of the agents throughout the system, east and west do us proud EVERYDAY. there are a d4mn good group of people working here ... now if we could just fix management ... LOL

I agree 100%, but they really proved themselves yesterday with the professionalism they displayed.
