Well Iam with you, I would be mad too if I went to Burger King and got in a Buffet and they took my contract fried it and served it back to me with no fix-ens and then told me I cant come back for 3 years, I will not be eating there again. :blush:

this clause in the IAM contract is there for all to see how the company and union can come to agreement on areas of the contract that need modified or clarified.it is how letters of agreement come about which IAM has.it is also how the contract can be modified with the consent of the membership through a vote.
i see your IBT contract has 3 letters of agreement between your union and company.but funny,no verbage explaining to the membership as how its done. talk about a back door deal whos the back door union now?
once again IBT attempts the BS for votes plan.

Why would they bother to vote for which union they want to represent them?? From what I've read, they didn't bother to come out in force to vote when they should have. Too many don't care & WHY??
