i also remember IBT ranting on IAM closed shop as wrong...funny i read in your very own contract that if you fail to keep current in dues obligations...you will be terminated,just like those nasty IAM'ers.

Tell us just how mamy Maintenance & Related there are right now working system wide? Because I dont beleave there are as mamy as us say. Your numbers are inflated. 7000 is IF the NMB lets you count everyone that has been furloughed. That is not going to happen you know that and so do I, (ref.NMB 9.0)

as usual you're quite wrong regardless of what you think you read in the NMB manual.
all furloughees subject to recall are to be included in the vote birdman...

Well using the US AIRWAYS fact sheet; http://www.usairways.com/about/corporate/p...heets/index.htm your active Maintenance & Related is 2,636 working as of Sep 05. with around 2800 furloughed that is 5436 so were are you getting the 1500+ to say 7000?

Also, those numbers don't include the non represented on the west side who may be acreeded. And please correct me if I'm in error, but doesn't the NMB have the final say on who is eligible to vote?? Then all those on furlough and the non represented west folks will have to be scrutinized regarding their eligibility. Time marches/drags on.......... :unsure:

YES I can read but again I asked you where do you get 7000 I see only 5482 Maintenance & Related at US AIRWAYS East if you add both East/West you get 6315
