New Nevada Livery

Are they ever going to correct the Allegheny a/c? The US Airways name should not be black. As for this Nevada plane, it isn't all that bad but just a bit much on the white. Something needs to be up front. It's back heavy.

I agree that something needs to be done up front, but it doesn't need to be something big, perhaps a small rectangular NV state flag or some other small emblem (like the Eagles emblem near the nose). I'd rather it look a little bland than look like the WN and old HP ones which IMO are way way way overdone and look very tacky.

(Tongue planted firmly in cheek for the following) Horrors!! What were they thinking with that livery on that 757? Painting an airplane a dark color for use in the desert?!!? We obviously have our answer as to why the new NV livery is white.

Looking at both liveries together I do like the white plane better. IMO if they put the Nevada star and leaf motif just under the cockpit window and by the door in the big empty area it would complete it.
