New PHL - BOS Service

I believe ValuJet served this route, then AirTran and now AirTran again. Never seemed to work out before. Why do they think it will work this time? Two flights will not hold up against the many options offered by U.

I think the customer base is better built than it was in those earlier attempts. Look at all the southbound service going south from PHL. They may also have found that a lot of BOS traffic was flying to BWI and driving north to save money. The new CAK-LGA service was created because of a grant from the DOT, but the director of the airport at CAK says the service is going so well already (after a week) that the full grant probably won't be needed. I'm hoping it can be used to open another route (CAK-BWI maybe?).
