I noticed doing OLCI today that all of my US reservations now have new PNRs with Qik, so I have reprinted all of those. On FlyerTalk, someone reported that agents cannot search old PNRs. Can someone here confirm that?

In training, they said the way it was supposed to work.. everything will be seamless and you can pull it up by old PNR. (RIGHT) We all laughed. No word yet about the cutover.

Posting from experience you CAN pull pnrs by their old confirmations.

Yup .I was looking at some old listings and the new PNR references the old PNR #. When I type that # in, it automatically brings up the new PNR.

My usairways.com reservations were listed by old Shares PNR, but when I clicked on View, they had new ones. I had one Sabre PNR and when I went to put that in to view that trip, it also had a new PNR. So they are linked. But I heard reports that agents (East?) could not find reservations by old PNRs today.
