Okay...now...read slowly....would the owner or a CEO of a temp service want to go to a "don't drop the soap" prison? Would a "put them out of business" fine deter them from using illegals? If Whirlpool is using them and they got them from Labor Ready - they certainly should have some proof of that. And if they do, they head on over to the Labor Ready shop and cuff the owner. When the temp agencies won't hire them, then what?I can't speak for where you live but here they use temporary services to get around that.
Whirlpool/Bama does not care if the government catches them with illegals because they were provided by temp services.
This is exactly why I have such a problem with temp services (i.e. contract labor agencies). You get it now?
There is also the issue of widespread use of temp services and illegal labor depressing wages in this area.
As far as migrants not targeting welfare, you are living in a fantasy world. One look at the EU migration will tell you they target welfare.
