NLRB - Changes Coming

And this has nothing to do with AA, nor Airline unionized workers, that would be the NMB. NLRB handles the NLRA, not the RLA.

It could have an affect on Labor organizing, if you consider everything that might be heading our way. As a fan of the IAM you should understand that. That is why I started a new thread so as to not mix it in with the threads common to the airline industry.
 
The NLRA and the NLRB have nothing to do with the RLA and the NMB.

Things have been different for organizing, negotiations etc for years, and they dont have the authority to change the RLA, only Congress with the approval of the President.

Then it goes on the Water Cooler as it has nothing to do with AA.

Ok move it to the Water Cooler, but my point is that if one of maintenance facilities is pushed off to a stand alone or to another company like TIMCO/AAR etc.. which body rules then?
