If you were AMFA you would have a group of observers to get the infomation from. Now your going to have to rely on the TWU without open negos to the membership, Hmmmm, will they tell you everything? You would know this if you had members at the table with open negos.

Yes, this the efficient method I would take to prevent the TWU membership from gaining access to the information they are entitled to.

If the TWU was serious about communication with it's membership they would just use the dues collected for the Democrat political machine to fill the proper envelopes , but as I understand it, that is against the law.

Saying a deal was struck or no deal still keeps the talks confidential.

This makes me think they have a deal. And this is why the don't want to say one way or the other. They don't want to say they don't have a deal because they don't want to get caght lying. And they don't want to say they do have a deal because they are going to sign it at the last minute.
