No wonder Frontier is dead last...

If there is a wrong way to handle a customer service issue, Frontier has an uncanny ability to pick it, and double down if the passenger objects. Passenger objects to vomit filled seat. Really? What will they start demanding next? On-time departures? Seat belts on every seat?:rolleyes:

If the mother knows a half-way competent lawyer, this is going to cost Frontier some money they can't afford to lose.
