THX to the Gate agents all over the system! You are truly the reason for this reward! Bless you all! Thank you! Rampers, thanks for the bags on the plane too! Everyone rocks! Fa's, we don't have to explain anything... lol

They failed to mention that from Christmas day to the end of the month the company ran a reduced schedule with only about 60% of both mainline and commuter flights running. I guess thats one way to look good

Push on time or early & leave off the luggage. Lets see those stats.

Excatly - what are the stats for complaints received about US - IE - passengers whose luggage didn't make the flight - or the plane pushed early and they missed their connection. On time is a good measure - but taken without the context of other measures doesn't mean much. You can still be on time 100% of the time and piss of the customer.

Out of curiosity, are there ANY positive announcements that might be made that you couldn't find some way to put a negative spin on?

Truth be told, getting the airplane out on time has everything to do with the gate agents, the ramp crew, and the FAs getting everything buttoned up expeditiously. Nice job, guys. Way to take care of business. It's great to finally hear some positive news.
