You know I won't shed a tear  As far as this xnwa tech is concerned "NWA ALPA= SCABS"

Just like you guys walked out with the pilots in '98. Fight your own battles sister. 🙄

I've never bought the process of other employees crossing the AMFA picket line from the onset. This looks real chickens**t to those of us in other industries.

I seem to remember ALPA asking the other work groups to continue reporting to work in order to cost the company even more money.....I also seem to remember taking a 2 week unpaid vacation so that you flyboys could have a better tomorrow. Thanks for remembering that, sister.

Not true. The pilots didn't need your help to shut the airline down for two weeks. Perhaps if you actually had helped, one group at NWA would have come to your aid...

Maybe they didn't, but they asked for it anyway (if for no other reason than to increase the pressure on the company).

...And I did help. I, and every other ground ops person on the system took an unpaid vacation so you guys could get what you want.

A pilot asking for another group to help out? That's cute.

 And what group would that have been. Not yours that is for sure. You pirates were played like a fiddle!Wonder why I took my tool box at least 3-4 times over the years to show support for the bus driveing pirates and f/a's. Some family members asked me when we went on strike how come you support (weather my past union endorsed it or not) everyone else(unions) at that company but no one will ever support the mechanics? Did not have an answer for that excepts "greed". Well "kiss your [edited] pension goodbye" ####. As for your help, never excepted it and you scabs did not disappoint. mccalin would never support any other union on the property, and told doug and little andy so.

WHOA THERE JACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let's tow that bird back to the gate.

ALPA specifically TOLD all other unions on the property to go to work as normal. 😳 ALPA specifically excused all unions from stopping at the picket line. Dasburger king had already announced the complete shut down of the airline at strike deadline so ALPA knew they did not need everyone to honor the picket lines and told all the other unions to report to work. I believe their reasoning had something to do with causing NW to layout a full payroll while receiving no revenue.

Now, if you really wish to visit ALPA and picket lines at NW we could discuss the ALPA offer to staff reservations offices with off duty pilots during the 1970 BRAC strike. :jerry:

I'd bring up the current AMFA strike, but as we know every union on the property today now represents a bunch of scabs, ALPA included.

If it works at NWA, if it looks like a SCAB, if it smells like a SCAB...IT'S PROBABLY A SCAB! 🙂

Many of us in other unionized workplaces look at the unions on NWA property and ask, WTF? Those still on NWA property don't look very good to most of us.
